It does the job... I don't know how it is with other pumps, but you need to be careful when disconnecting from the chest as it doesn't open from the bottom.

For a normal chest, you should take 24 mm.
I thought I was a bit big so I took a 27 and it's large...
But it's really excellent and convenient to use.
